About

Counsel you can trust completely.

Rose B. Hernandez is the founding attorney of The Law Office of Rose Hernandez, PLLC, where she represents individuals across Central Florida in a wide range of criminal matters, including domestic violence and injunctions, drug offenses, DUI, theft crimes, probation violations, juvenile cases, and sex-crime allegations. She is fluent in Spanish and provides bilingual representation to better serve Florida's diverse communities.

Born and raised in Fort Myers, Florida, Ms. Hernandez has lived in Central Florida since 2008. As the daughter of immigrants and a first-generation college graduate, she brings a deep understanding of the challenges faced by underserved and marginalized communities. This background informs her commitment to delivering strong, compassionate, and culturally informed advocacy.

Ms. Hernandez earned her Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law in 2018. During law school, she served as President of the Advocates for Immigrant and Refugee Rights and worked as a student attorney in FSU Law's Children's Advocacy Clinic. She holds dual undergraduate degrees in Criminology and Linguistics from the University of Florida.

After graduating, Ms. Hernandez served as an Assistant Public Defender in the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Osceola County, representing hundreds of clients facing misdemeanor and felony charges. She subsequently built her skills at private criminal defense firms throughout Central Florida, representing individuals charged with offenses ranging from minor traffic violations to punishable-by-life felonies.

Admitted to practice in the State of Florida, Ms. Hernandez is known for her meticulous preparation, strategic approach, and unwavering commitment to protecting her clients' rights. She is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section and the Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida.

She explained everything clearly, guided me through with confidence, and gave me peace of mind during an overwhelming time. I honestly couldn't have gotten through it without her.
